Delivery Schedule

Orders placed before 3:00pm on a business day will usually be dispatched that day. Orders placed after these hours or on the weekend will usually be dispatched on the next business day.

If you select First Class postage, Royal Mail aim to deliver all First Class post by the next business day (after dispatch) anywhere in the UK.

If you choose Second Class postage it will be delivered within 2-3 business days (after dispatch).

We also offer DHL Home. This will not be dispatched until the day after the order was placed, but should arrive within 2-3 business days, and is a 'signed-for' service. If you are not in to receive the parcel you can re-arrange a delivery at a time to suit you between 7:00am and 9:00pm on weekdays.

DHL Home will also deliver to a business address - usually by the next working day after dispatch.

Surface Mail to destinations outside the UK take 2 - 12 weeks to arrive .
Air Mail to destinations outside the UK usually take 3-5 working days to arrive.

We will contact you if we are unable to dispatch your order within five days.

Returns

Cancelling an Order
Green Knight Games comply with the Distance Selling Regulations. You have the right to cancel your order, without giving reason. You may return any item within 7 working days of receipt, for a full refund less shipping.

The customer is responsible for the costs incurred in returning the item. The goods must be returned in the condition that they were first supplied.

Missing Components
In the event that an component is missing from a product we have supplied, please contact us and we will endeavour to obtain and dispatch a replacement component as soon as possible.

Missing Items or Damaged Goods
Missing items, damaged goods or any other disputes should be reported either by email or in writing within 7 working days of receipt. These may be returned for a full refund (including postage) or replacement. We will make every effort to replace damaged goods but if replacement is not possible, our only obligation is to refund the full purchase price. Green Knight Games are responsible for the costs incurred in returning damaged or faulty goods.

Customer satisfaction is at the forefront of our trading policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.
